How long does production take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after artwork approval. Rush turnaround is available at checkout for 24-hour production.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG at 150 DPI or higher. We recommend CMYK color mode and 0.125" bleed on all sides.

Can I request a proof before printing?

Yes — add a note at checkout or email your sales rep. Digital proofs are free; hard-copy proofs are available on request.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact our sales team for a custom quote.

What is your return policy?

Custom-printed items are final sale. If the product arrives damaged or defective, we'll reprint it at no charge — just send us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
